Escaping the city: Enoshima (江の島)

Enoshima is a touristic destination island not far from Tokyo metropolitan area. It’s easy to reach and therefore very popular. Many people from Tokyo go there for just a daily trip mainly during the weekends and public holidays to enjoy the sea, the park, the observatory (mount Fuji is visible from here) and the shrine. It is also very close to another main touristic area: Kamakura (and Kita Kamakura) and often people combine the two destination in one trip. I personally like to go there during winter or autumn when there are less people.
All the pictures has been taken with my Hasselblad 503cx medium format film camera.
